While I haven’t contacted Komplet since the one time I had to service a machine, the one experience I had can speak for itself.
The tech support was absolutely on point. I was able to get what I needed and very fast. If I remember correctly (it’s been a couple of years) I was contacted shortly after the initial call to them to make sure I was taken care of.
