Komplet Telematics

Know your machine — location, hours, and health, in real time

Standard on every new machine.

2-year free TENNA subscription.

Komplet Connect delivers factory-line monitoring, and Tenna asset tracking ships on every new machine we sell — so you always know where your equipment is and when it needs service.

Two systems, one goal

Komplet Connect & Tenna

Komplet equipment is covered by two complementary telematics systems. Here's what each one does and where it lives.

Factory-built telematics

Komplet Connect

Built into the machine by Komplet SpA · Select Larger units

The manufacturer’s own onboard telematics, engineered into the machine at the factory. It delivers deep machine monitoring straight from the equipment’s own systems — the OEM view of how your Komplet is running.

Asset tracking · every machine

Tenna

Installed by Komplet America · all units · 2-year free subscription

Construction-built asset tracking that Komplet America installs on every new machine we sell, across the whole lineup. It’s where the everyday value lives for dealers and owners: location, security, utilization, and maintenance — free for the first two years.

What You Get, Why It Matters

Four things telematics does for you

Location

Continuous GPS position — always know which site or yard the machine is on.

Utilization

Running hours versus idle time, tracked over days, weeks, and months.

Machine health

Engine hours plus diagnostic and fault-code data pulled off the machine.

Maintenance

Automated service reminders scheduled against real engine hours, not a calendar.

Safety: asset-specific inspection records and instant fault-code alerts catch a developing issue before it becomes a hazard on-site.

Security: geofenced theft alerts fire the moment a machine leaves where it should be — a real deterrent, and a recovery tool if a unit ever walks off a site.

Cost savings: predictable, hours-based service intervals head off failures and unplanned repairs before they hit your budget — and most of it is free for the first two years.

Getting Set Up

Tenna comes standard. Here's how it works.

1

Installed before delivery

The tracking device is fitted as part of getting the machine ready — every new unit, whole lineup.

2

ONBOARDED TO THE PLATFORM

Your machine is set up on Tenna and your team gets app and web access from one login. Dealers get access to the unit's data, and a separate login can be created for the end customer.

3

SUBSCRIPTION STARTS AT SALE

The 2-year free window begins when the unit ships from Komplet America — so it covers the machine from the point it enters the market.

4

WHOLE FLEET, ONE VIEW

Your Komplet equipment sits alongside every other asset you track on Tenna.

Your whole fleet,
one platform

Tenna ships on every new Komplet machine we sell. Track location, utilization, and maintenance from the yard office or the cab — desktop and mobile, same data.

The backbone of a rental model

Rental economics live and die on utilization — every idle day is revenue you can't recover. Tenna protects it, and pairs with the compact machines built for the rental market.

Questions
Frequently asked
What's the difference between Komplet Connect and Tenna?
Komplet Connect is the manufacturer’s own onboard telematics, built into the machine by Komplet SpA and comes on select larger units — it’s the factory view of how the equipment is running. Tenna is a separate asset-tracking platform that Komplet America installs on every machine we sell, across the whole lineup. Komplet Connect goes deep on the larger machines from the source; Tenna covers everything with location, utilization, security, and maintenance. Visit www.tenna.com for more information.
Yes. Tenna asset-tracking technology is installed on every new Komplet unit sold through the dealer network, and it comes with a 2-year free subscription included. It is standard — not an add-on or an upgrade you have to request.
The subscription begins when the unit is sold from Komplet America — the point it enters the market — not when an end customer later buys it. That means the coverage tracks the machine itself from the start. A note for dealer purchases: because the subscription clock starts when the machine is sold from Komplet America, a machine that sat in a dealer’s inventory for a period may have used some of the two-year window before you take delivery. The dealer can exactly confirm how much coverage remains, or contact Komplet America to confirm with the unit’s specific serial number.
You get the time remaining on the window. Because the clock starts when the unit is sold from Komplet America, a machine that spent time in a dealer’s inventory before your purchase may have used part of the two years. Your dealer can see the unit’s Tenna data and tell you exactly how much coverage is left, and a login can be created for you as the end customer. To confirm the remaining term on a specific serial number, ask your dealer or contact Komplet America at 908-369-3340.
Tenna is activated and usable only in territories where Tenna has network coverage. Across the continental U.S. that covers the vast majority of job sites, but remote locations — and areas outside the United States — may fall outside the coverage area. If you operate in a remote or international location, confirm coverage for your area with Komplet America at 908-369-3340 before you rely on it. Visit www.tenna.com for more information.
Komplet Connect is the factory-built telematics that comes on the larger units in the Komplet range. These include the  K-JC 704 PLUS, K-JC 805, K-IC 70, and Krokodile PLUS. For any questions, contact Komplet America at 908-369-3340.
On a Komplet machine, Tenna captures GPS location, engine hours, utilization (running versus idle time), and diagnostic and fault-code data that drives service reminders. That information feeds automated, hours-based preventive maintenance scheduling and live location tracking. Visit www.tenna.com for more information.
No. Every Komplet machine operates by wireless remote control for its running functions. Neither Komplet Connect nor Tenna operates the machine — they report on it, telling you where it is, how it’s running, how much it ran, and when it’s due for service.
The first two years of Tenna subscription — starting from the unit’s sale from Komplet America — come free. When that window ends, contact Komplet America at 908-369-3340 to continue service, and we will walk you through the options.
Rental economics depend on utilization, and Tenna tracks utilization per unit and per customer so you can bill accurately and spot underperforming machines. It also provides always-on location and security for machines that leave your yard, so rented-out equipment is always accounted for and recoverable. Visit www.tenna.com for more information.

Disclaimer: All maintenance and service guidance described here is general in nature. Telematics data supports scheduling but does not replace the official Komplet operator's manual. Always refer to the manual for your specific machine model and serial number and follow OEM intervals and procedures. Komplet Connect is a Komplet SpA system; Tenna is a third-party platform — features, model availability, and subscription terms are subject to their respective terms. Tenna installation applies to units sold in 2026 and later; new units sold to dealers before 2026 may not have Tenna installed, as the option was not fully available at that time. The 2-year Tenna subscription begins when the unit is sold from Komplet America; remaining coverage on a unit purchased through a dealer depends on how long the dealer held it and can be confirmed by serial number. Tenna is activated and usable only in territories where Tenna has network coverage; remote locations and areas outside the United States may not be covered.
