Komplet Telematics
Know your machine — location, hours, and health, in real time
Standard on every new machine.
2-year free TENNA subscription.
Komplet Connect delivers factory-line monitoring, and Tenna asset tracking ships on every new machine we sell — so you always know where your equipment is and when it needs service.
Two systems, one goal
Komplet Connect & Tenna
Komplet equipment is covered by two complementary telematics systems. Here's what each one does and where it lives.
Factory-built telematics
Komplet Connect
Built into the machine by Komplet SpA · Select Larger units
The manufacturer’s own onboard telematics, engineered into the machine at the factory. It delivers deep machine monitoring straight from the equipment’s own systems — the OEM view of how your Komplet is running.
- Onboard, factory-integrated remote monitoring
- Machine performance and operating data from the source
- Standard on select larger Komplet units
Asset tracking · every machine
Tenna
Installed by Komplet America · all units · 2-year free subscription
Construction-built asset tracking that Komplet America installs on every new machine we sell, across the whole lineup. It’s where the everyday value lives for dealers and owners: location, security, utilization, and maintenance — free for the first two years.
- Installed before delivery, on every new unit
- 2-year subscription included, no matter which dealer
- Access by app or web, whole fleet on one screen
What You Get, Why It Matters
Four things telematics does for you
Location
Continuous GPS position — always know which site or yard the machine is on.
Utilization
Running hours versus idle time, tracked over days, weeks, and months.
Machine health
Engine hours plus diagnostic and fault-code data pulled off the machine.
Maintenance
Automated service reminders scheduled against real engine hours, not a calendar.
Safety: asset-specific inspection records and instant fault-code alerts catch a developing issue before it becomes a hazard on-site.
Security: geofenced theft alerts fire the moment a machine leaves where it should be — a real deterrent, and a recovery tool if a unit ever walks off a site.
Cost savings: predictable, hours-based service intervals head off failures and unplanned repairs before they hit your budget — and most of it is free for the first two years.
Getting Set Up
Tenna comes standard. Here's how it works.
1
Installed before delivery
The tracking device is fitted as part of getting the machine ready — every new unit, whole lineup.
2
ONBOARDED TO THE PLATFORM
Your machine is set up on Tenna and your team gets app and web access from one login. Dealers get access to the unit's data, and a separate login can be created for the end customer.
3
SUBSCRIPTION STARTS AT SALE
The 2-year free window begins when the unit ships from Komplet America — so it covers the machine from the point it enters the market.
4
WHOLE FLEET, ONE VIEW
Your Komplet equipment sits alongside every other asset you track on Tenna.
Your whole fleet,
one platform
Tenna ships on every new Komplet machine we sell. Track location, utilization, and maintenance from the yard office or the cab — desktop and mobile, same data.
- Web dashboard for fleet-wide reporting
- Mobile app for crews in the field
- 2-year subscription included

Disclaimer: All maintenance and service guidance described here is general in nature. Telematics data supports scheduling but does not replace the official Komplet operator's manual. Always refer to the manual for your specific machine model and serial number and follow OEM intervals and procedures. Komplet Connect is a Komplet SpA system; Tenna is a third-party platform — features, model availability, and subscription terms are subject to their respective terms. Tenna installation applies to units sold in 2026 and later; new units sold to dealers before 2026 may not have Tenna installed, as the option was not fully available at that time. The 2-year Tenna subscription begins when the unit is sold from Komplet America; remaining coverage on a unit purchased through a dealer depends on how long the dealer held it and can be confirmed by serial number. Tenna is activated and usable only in territories where Tenna has network coverage; remote locations and areas outside the United States may not be covered.
