How much material can the Kompatto 124 screen per hour?

The Kompatto 124 is the largest scalping screener in the Komplet lineup, rated at up to 350 US tons per hour. Driven by a 75 hp Tier 4 Final diesel engine with a dual-deck screening configuration (11.8’ × 3.7’ upper deck and 10.8’ × 3.7’ lower deck) and weighing approximately 37,038 pounds, the Kompatto 124 is built for the most demanding high-volume screening applications — large recycling operations, quarry classification, infrastructure projects, and any site where throughput capacity is the primary driver.

The “up to” production rating refers to the maximum potential output a machine can achieve under ideal conditions—this includes consistent feed material (size, hardness, and moisture), skilled operator use, proper setup, and minimal downtime. Every job site is different, which is why we emphasize that this is not a guaranteed or average output, but a best-case scenario metric. If you’re unsure what output to expect for your application, we’re always happy to review your material and help you model realistic results.

At up to 350 tph, the Kompatto 124 requires upstream equipment capable of feeding it at scale. A single standard wheel loader will typically not fully utilize this machine’s capacity; a large loader, a scalping feeder, or a crusher producing continuous output is needed to keep the 124 operating near its ceiling. When properly matched with the right feed equipment and material, the Kompatto 124 can sustain 280–330 tph on clean, free-flowing material across a full operating shift.

As with all vibrating screeners, wet, sticky, or high-clay-content material reduces effective throughput and may require optional dust suppression and more frequent screen media inspection to maintain separation efficiency. Actual throughput depends on material type, moisture, fines content, and feed consistency. Operations evaluating the Kompatto 124 should see the machine run on their specific material during a demonstration before building a production plan around any particular output figure.

The Kompatto 124’s large dual-deck screening area provides substantial screening capacity at a range of separation sizes, with the minimum cut point determined by the screen panels installed. The extended deck length improves material stratification and dwell time, which generally results in more accurate separation at finer aperture sizes compared to shorter screening boxes at equivalent feed rates. For specific panel options and your material’s target gradation, contact Komplet America at 908-369-3340.

The Kompatto 124 is a scalping screener built to receive pre-sized material — not raw boulder or unbroken demolition feed. Its large hopper and extended dual-deck screening area (11.8’ × 3.7’ upper deck) are sized to accept high-volume loader or conveyor feed of appropriately prepared material. Pieces that exceed the hopper opening or upper deck width will not screen effectively and should be pre-sized upstream. Contact Komplet America at 908-369-3340 for confirmed maximum feed size recommendations for your specific application.

On material type, the Kompatto 124 handles quarry stone classification, high-volume topsoil and aggregate processing, crushed concrete and asphalt classification, large-scale C&D recycling, compost and mulch screening, and mixed rubble sorting. At its scale, it is best suited as the primary screener in a production circuit — downstream of one or more crushers or in standalone scalping operations where raw excavated material needs to be rapidly classified into multiple sized fractions.
