The K-TC 460 Tracked Mobile Conveyor is rated to handle up to 132 US tons per hour. Powered by a 25 hp Tier 4 Final diesel engine and running on a 25” × 393” Chevron 3-ply belt, it is built to keep pace with the output of Komplet’s crushers and screeners without becoming the bottleneck in a mobile processing circuit. At 7,000 pounds, it is light enough to be transported to the jobsite behind a standard truck and, once on site, repositions under its own rubber tracks — no tow vehicle or loader required to move it between positions.
The up to 132 tph rating means the K-TC 460’s belt capacity is matched to the output range of the Komplet equipment it is designed to work alongside. Running next to a K-JC 704 PLUS producing 90 tph, or a Kompatto 5030 classifying up to 280 tph, the K-TC 460 has the capacity to handle whatever comes off those machines without backing up the circuit.
In practice, the actual volume moving across the belt at any moment is governed by the upstream machine — not the conveyor itself. The K-TC 460’s job is to move that material reliably, consistently, and without spillage to the stockpile. Operators should set belt speed and conveyor angle to match the upstream feed rate, keeping the belt loaded efficiently without overflow. The wireless remote control handles all conveyor adjustments and track repositioning from a safe distance.
The K-TC 460 reaches a maximum pile height of 15 feet. That figure reflects the machine’s full working height — 32’8” long × 7’5” wide × 15’ tall in working configuration — and represents a significant stockpiling advantage over simply depositing material on the ground beside a crusher or screener discharge belt.
A 15-foot pile height allows a single K-TC 460 to build substantially larger stockpiles in a single position before repositioning is needed, which directly reduces how often a wheel loader has to interrupt production to push up or move material. On sites where loader availability is limited — or where minimizing loader hours is a priority for controlling operating cost — the K-TC 460’s pile height is a meaningful operational advantage over relying on conveyor discharge alone.
The K-TC 460’s 25” wide Chevron 3-ply belt sets the practical limit on material size. Pieces should be sized to sit cleanly on the belt without overhanging the edges or rolling off during travel. The Chevron belt pattern provides grip on the incline to prevent material from sliding back, but oversized, round, or irregularly shaped pieces that exceed the belt width are not suitable for conveyor transport and should be reduced upstream before being placed on the belt.
The K-TC 460 pairs with any Komplet crusher, screener, or the Krokodile PLUS shredder. In a typical circuit, it picks up discharged product from the crusher or screener output belt and carries it to a designated stockpile location, extending the effective reach of the machine and freeing the loader to focus exclusively on feeding. That loader dependency reduction is the core operational problem the K-TC 460 solves — keeping the production circuit running at a steadier rate without adding an additional operator or machine to the crew. Its tracked mobility means it repositions under its own power via wireless remote as the stockpile grows or the circuit moves, with no crane or tow vehicle needed.
