Feeding material consistently at 80% of that inlet dimension keeps the jaw cycling cleanly and prevents bridging or stalling. The larger inlet compared to the K-JC 503 and K-JC 604 means fewer pieces need to be pre-broken before feeding, which reduces pre-processing time and keeps production moving on demolition sites with large, irregular rubble.

On material type, the K-JC 704 PLUS handles the full range of standard C&D recycling and quarry processing applications: concrete (plain and reinforced), asphalt, brick and masonry, natural stone and quarry rock, and mixed demolition rubble. The built-in magnetic separator removes embedded steel and rebar from the product belt continuously, keeping the output clean without manual intervention.
