The Komplet K-TC 460 is a self-propelled tracked mobile conveyor powered by a 25 hp Tier 4 Final diesel engine. Equipped with a 25″ × 393″ Chevron 3-ply belt, it stockpiles material to a 15-foot pile height at up to 132 US tons per hour. Unlike towable, wheeled, or stationary stackers, the K-TC 460 travels on rubber tracks and repositions independently around a job site under its own power — pairing seamlessly with Komplet’s K-JC 503, K-JC 604, K-JC 704 PLUS, K-JC 805, K-IC 70, Kompatto vibrating screeners, K-TS trommel screeners, and the Krokodile PLUS slow-speed shredder. Lightweight at 7,000 lbs and ready to work in approximately 5 minutes, it extends material reach, reduces loader dependency, and builds higher, more organized stockpiles.

The Komplet K-TC 460 is a self-propelled tracked mobile conveyor used to extend material reach, build organized stockpiles, and reduce loader dependency on aggregate, recycling, and demolition job sites. It is built for contractors, recycling facilities, composting facilities, municipalities, aggregate processing yards, and rock quarries that need a flexible, repositionable stacking conveyor that pairs with mobile crushers, screeners, and shredders. Unlike fixed or wheeled stackers, the K-TC 460 travels on rubber tracks and moves independently to follow the work.
The K-TC 460 is a tracked mobile conveyor — a key distinction from towable stackers and wheeled conveyors. It is self-propelled on rubber tracks like Komplet’s crushers and screeners, so it repositions itself around a job site without a tow vehicle, wheel loader, or operator riding alongside. A wireless remote handles all movement, allowing one operator to position the K-TC 460 alongside any crusher, screener, or shredder discharge. This independent mobility is why it pairs cleanly with Komplet’s other tracked machines and why it works in confined or irregular job site layouts where wheeled stackers can’t reach.
The K-TC 460 produces up to 132 US tons per hour with a maximum pile height of 15 feet (181 inches). The 25-inch by 32.75-feet Chevron 3-ply belt handles aggregate, sand, gravel, recycled C&D material, topsoil, and shredded material from upstream Komplet equipment. Production depends on material density, moisture, and feed rate from the upstream machine.
The K-TC 460 pairs with every Komplet machine in the lineup. It works with the K-JC 503, K-JC 604, K-JC 704 PLUS, and K-JC 805 jaw crushers; the K-IC 70 impact crusher; the Kompatto 221, 5030, and 124 vibrating screeners; the K-TS 30 and K-TS 40 trommel screeners; and the Krokodile PLUS slow-speed shredder. A common workflow is crusher → screener → K-TC 460, with the conveyor stockpiling each finished product size separately. For 3-way split screening operations, multiple K-TC 460 units can be deployed in parallel to keep the three product streams organized.
The K-TC 460 is ready to work in approximately 5 minutes. Once positioned, the conveyor unfolds hydraulically and is operated entirely by wireless remote control. Set-up does not require a crane, loader, or additional support equipment — one operator handles the full sequence. This fast set-up time matches Komplet’s other compact mobile equipment and supports same-day production starts on new job sites.
The K-TC 460 is lightweight at 7,000 lbs and folds to transport dimensions of 16’7″ × 7’5″ × 6’9″, making it small enough to tow behind a standard pickup truck or load on a flatbed without a special transport permit in most cases. Once on site, it self-propels into position on rubber tracks. This combination of standard truck transportability plus tracked job site mobility is what makes the K-TC 460 different from larger fixed-base stackers.
