Position: Marketing Specialist
SUMMARY:
Komplet America, a leading distributor of compact crushers, screeners, and shredders, is seeking a forward-thinking Marketing Specialist to strengthen and scale our marketing department. This position focuses on developing, managing, and optimizing all aspects of Komplet America’s marketing efforts — from digital campaigns and brand visibility to dealer and customer engagement.
The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-moving environment. Experience (2–3 years preferred) in marketing, content creation, or communications is valuable but not required if the candidate demonstrates strong capability and initiative.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core duties and responsibilities, among others, include the following:
Marketing Strategy & Execution
– Plan, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
– Develop creative content across platforms (social media, web, email, print, and video).
– Coordinate and maintain the marketing calendar — ensuring consistent, timely campaigns aligned with company goals.
– Manage and track paid advertising, SEO, and digital performance metrics in collaboration with external marketing partners.
– Support new product launches, promotions, and events with tailored marketing materials.
– Help maintain consistent brand identity across all media and communications.
– Research market trends, competitor activity, and new digital tools to continually enhance strategy.
Content & Communications
– Draft and edit marketing copy, blog articles, press releases, and dealer communications.
– Collaborate with design teams to produce graphics, videos, and print collateral.
– Assist with website content updates, SEO optimization, and performance reporting.
– Support photography and video initiatives, including on-site equipment shoots.
Events & Dealer Support
– Assist in planning and executing trade shows, demos, and promotional events.
– Coordinate logistics, materials, and post-event follow-up content.
– Support dealer marketing efforts by providing templates, content, and campaign coordination.
General Support
– Provide assistance with miscellaneous sales-related projects or administrative needs that align with marketing or company objectives.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred, not required).
– 2–3 years of marketing experience preferred — open to motivated candidates with strong potential.
– Proficiency in digital tools (social media platforms, CRM, Google Ads, Canva/Adobe, Mailchimp, WordPress, etc.).
– Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
– Analytical mindset with ability to interpret marketing data and insights.
– Self-motivated, creative thinker who takes initiative and thrives in a collaborative environment.
– Interest or experience in construction equipment, recycling, or related industries is a plus.
