I have a Komplet 5030 screener and a Komplet 7040 mobile crusher that I purchased as demo units. The 5030 scalper type screener allows me to screen soils as well as aggregates. The 7040 allows me to add recycled concrete to my list of services that I have by going green and recycling busted slabs instead of burying at a landfill. These machines have been reliable and the parts and support that I receive from the distributor has been very good. Being able to diversify and add services in unstable times is key to being successful and having a good supporting distributor is a must.
Cody and Joe have been great since day one in our search for a crusher that met our needs. They are always available to answer any questions and help us with any of our needs during the purchase process and after the sale as well. We were looking for a crusher that was portable enough for us to move on our own and be able to crush concrete from our disposal and demolition waste business with an output material that was useable without adding a screener. It has done exactly what we wanted it to do by keeping the concrete waste out of the landfill which saves us money and now it’s putting money back into our pockets by selling the aggregate.
I purchased my Komplet jaw crusher 2 years ago. Recycling concrete and crushing rock has helped cut down on my import and export costs. I have had very few problems with my crusher. I purchased this compact crusher in hopes to use it on many small concrete removal jobs and to aid in the services I provide. It has been a huge asset to be able to recycle concrete both on job sites and at the yard. While local concrete recycling facilities have grown highly restrictive on the products they accept, having a portable unit allows me to worry a lot less on what material I am able to remove from jobsites and stretch my productive hours past the time those dumpsites close. As for sales and product support, the team has been very helpful anytime I have had any issues and would recommend them for anyone looking for equipment.
While I haven’t contacted Komplet since the one time I had to service a machine, the one experience I had can speak for itself. The tech support was absolutely on point. I was able to get what I needed and very fast. If I remember correctly (it’s been a couple of years) I was contacted shortly after the initial call to them to make sure I was taken care of.
We are primarily using the LT4825 to crush waste concrete into crush for putting on the city streets and alleys that are gravel. It is a good machine. We probably could have went bigger but this unit fit into our price range better.

Purchased SC221 screener to helps us produce usable products from our small rock crusher. The SC221 keeps up great with our crusher to produce 2 sizes of gravel and Item #4 base material. Amazing machine. Sales staff was great, service was responsive and helpful.
We got one of the small jaw crushers for a large building that we were demolishing it was all block and brick we ran this machine steady for about a month, and we were so surprised by the pile of stone we were able to save and use for a parking lot it saved us dump fees and we were able to save on buying material for the stone parking lot. My only regrets are that we did not get the larger machine to take on larger projects. I would buy a larger machine next time. This has been a hassle-free crusher.

The Kompatto 5030 mobile screener will produce up to 280 tons per hour depending on the type of material being processed. This double-deck screen has three extraction belts creating three different end-product material sizes. If needed this compact screener can also be set up with a 2-way split to produce two end-products.
What does “up to tons per hour” really mean?
The “up to” production rating refers to the maximum potential output a machine can achieve under ideal conditions—this includes consistent feed material (size, hardness, and moisture), skilled operator use, proper setup, and minimal downtime. For example, clean concrete with no rebar, fed at a steady rate in optimal weather, will produce higher output than mixed, wet, or irregular materials. Then, the double-deck screen can be set up to output a range of material sizes from fine topsoil at 1/4″ to 5″ oversize.
